Terms and Conditions: Shop & Win Bison Nintendo Switch 2021

The Terms and Conditions listed below explicitly apply only to this specific raffle. 

1 This raffle is conditional to the purchase of any Bison item(s) made between the period of October 22nd to December 1st, 2021. 

2 This promotion is only valid at the Kooyman stores located in Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao only.

3 Raffle entries must be submitted online at www.kooymanwin.com/bison

4 Store receipt must list the valid purchase of any Bison adhesives item (s) during the afore mentioned period.

5 Registration and participation for a chance to win The Bison Nintendo Switch is only valid when the transaction number is listed correctly in the digital form provided.

6 Complete the requested information and receipt number as indicated. All the required formation must be entered to be eligible to participate in the raffle.

7 The receipt number is stated after the word “Slip” on your receipt.

8 Forgery, fraud or tampering excludes you from participation in this or any other Bison Adhesives affiliated campaign.

9 The draw of the winning transaction via payment receipt will be conducted by an online random generator.

10 The draw will be held on December 3rd, 2021.

11 The winner(s) will be contacted by phone and given further instructions to collect their prize.

12 An official announcement will be made via Kooyman’s Facebook page and website.

13 There will be no further correspondence regarding the results.

14 The prize collection takes place on December 4th, 2021
- at Kooyman Jan Noorduynweg Curacao 6 pm,
- at Kooyman Aruba 5pm
- Kooyman Bonaire 5pm.
If the prize is not collected on the day stipulated, winner loses all right to claim the prize.

15 Winner(s) must present a valid form of identification to claim the prize.

16 Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or any other product available at Kooyman.

17 Kooyman and Bison Adhesives reserves the right to use photo, film or any other information obtained for promotional purposes.

18 All members of participating Kooyman stores and their immediate family members are excluded from participation in this raffle.

19 Must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
