Terms & conditions “Kooyman Crop Over Raffle”

The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this raffle.

1. For any purchase of Barbados $75 at Kooyman Barbados, you will be eligible to enter and have a chance to WIN Crop Over event tickets, Costumes and Kooyman Merchandise. Costumes refers to Foreday/Jouvert bands. Merchandise refers to Kooyman branded items.
2. The raffle lasts from July 1st up to and including July 27th, 2022, at 11:00 pm. You can submit your raffle entry via www.kooymanwin.com/cropover.
3. Fill in your transaction (slip) number, indicated at the top of your receipt along with your contact details and submit online. If your name and contact details are not listed and if your receipt does not specify the purchase of Barbados $75, you will not be eligible for participation in the raffle.
4. The online raffle participation form must be filled out properly and correctly. Forgery or fraud excludes you from participation.
5. Only with each valid payment receipt and correct listing of transaction number may you participate for a chance to win the prizes listed for the Crop Over raffle.
6. The draw of the winning transaction/payment receipt will be done by an online random generator.
7. The draws will be held each Thursday in July 2022 and the winner will be contacted by email with instructions to collect their prize. The winner will be announced on Kooyman social media channels.
8. There will be no correspondence regarding the results.
9. The prizes will be saved for 7 days after the announcements. Afterwards the rights to claim the prizes will expire.
10. When collecting the prize, you must bring valid photo ID. Incomplete online entries and incorrect listings of transaction number are excluded from the raffle.
11. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
12. Kooyman reserves the right to use photo, film or any other information obtained for promotional purposes.
13. All staff members of Kooyman Barbados are excluded from the raffle.
14. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation to this raffle.
15. This is an independent promotion and is not affiliated with any mentioned event promoters.
16. One entry per receipt.
