Terms & conditions “Shop & WIN a Mother’s Day Backyard Makeover”

The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this raffle.

For any purchase of Naf. 75,-/AWG 75,-/ 40 US dollars / 75 Bajan dollar; Curacao (3 stores), Bonaire, Aruba, Sint Maarten, Barbados, you will be eligible to enter and have the chance to WIN a FREE Backyard Makeover: including (1) Yard Cleaning Service and an Outdoor Living Furniture Set.
The raffle lasts from April 25th till May 5th, 2022.

Fill in your slip number, indicated at the top of your receipt along with your contact details, and submit online. If your contact information is not complete and if your receipt does not specify the purchase of Naf. 75,-/ AWG. 75,-/ 40 US dollars / 75 Bajan dollar, you will not be eligible for participation in the raffle.
The online raffle participation form must be filled out properly and correctly. Forgery or fraud excludes you from participation.
Only with each valid payment receipt and correct listing of transaction number may you participate for a chance to win a Free Backyard Makeover.
The draw of the winning transaction/ payment receipt will be done by an online random generator.
The draw will be held on May 6th, 2022, and the winner will be contacted by phone and email with instructions to collect their prize. The winner will be announced on our Facebook page and our website as of May 6th, 2022.
There will be no correspondence regarding the results.
The prizes will be saved until June 5th, 2022. Afterward the rights to claim the prizes will expire.
When collecting the prize, you must bring a valid photo ID. Incomplete online entries and incorrect listings of transaction numbers are excluded from the raffle.
Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
Kooyman reserves the right to use photo, film, or any other information obtained for promotional purposes.
All members of Kooyman BV and their immediate families are excluded from the raffle.
Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation in this raffle.
