Terms & conditions “End of Year Campaign Raffle 2022”

The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply to this raffle.

1. For any purchase of Barbados $75 at Kooyman Barbados, you will be eligible to enter and have a chance to WIN one of seven prizes: $5000 room makeover plus $2000 for your selected charity, or one of six $500 Kooyman gift vouchers.

2. The raffle lasts from November 17th up to and including December 31st, 2022, at 11:00 pm. You can submit your raffle entry via www.kooymanwin.com/roommakeover.

3. Fill in your transaction (slip) number, indicated at the top of your receipt along with your contact details and submit online. If your name and contact details are not listed and if your receipt does not specify the purchase of Barbados $75, you will not be eligible for participation in the raffle.

4. The online raffle participation form must be filled out properly and correctly. Forgery or fraud excludes you from participation.

5. Only with each valid payment receipt and correct listing of transaction number may you participate for a chance to win the prizes listed for the End of Year Raffle.

6. The draw of the winning transaction/payment receipt will be done by an online random generator. There can be only one prize per entry.

7. The draws will be held on January 11th, 2023 and the winners will be contacted by email with instructions to collect their prize. The winner will be announced on Kooyman social media channels as of January 13th, 2023.

8. The charity selected by the grand prize winner must be registered with CAIPO and meet our sponsorship/donation requirements outlined on our website www.kooymanbv.com.

9. There will be no correspondence regarding the results.

10. The prizes will be saved until February 13th, 2023. Afterwards the rights to claim the prizes will expire.

11. When collecting the prize, you must bring valid photo ID. Incomplete online entries and incorrect listings of transaction number are excluded from the raffle.

12. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. 

13. Kooyman reserves the right to use photo, film or any other information obtained for promotional purposes.

14. All staff members of Kooyman Barbados are excluded from the raffle.

15. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation to this raffle.

16. One entry per receipt.
