Terms and Conditions: Shop & Win 10-10-2021 Raffle

The Terms and Conditions below explicitly apply only for this specific raffle.

1. It is based on any purchase done on 10-10-2021, Naf. 50,- or more, at any Kooyman store at Curacao.

2. The raffle is only valid for the purchased done on October 10th . You can submit your raffle entry via www.kooymanwin.com/1010

3. Only with each valid payment receipt and correct listing of transaction number you may participate for a chance to win the 2 Corendon Day Passes. The minimum amount spent on your receipt should be Naf.50,-. If you spent less, you will not be eligible for participation in the raffle.

4. Fill in in your contact details and receipt number as indicated. The receipt number is stated after the word “Slip” on your receipt. If you have not entered all the required data, you will not be eligible for participation in the raffle.

5. The online raffle participation from must be filled out properly and correctly. Forgery or fraud excludes you from participation.

6. The draw of the winning transaction/ payment receipt will be done by an online random generator.

7. The draw will be held October 13th, 2021 and the winner will be contacted by phone with instructions to collect their prize. The winner will also be announced on our Facebook page and our website

8. There will be no correspondence regarding the results.

9. The prize needs to be collected before October 15th , 2021. Afterwards the rights to claim the prizes will expire. The day passes are valid till October 31st, 2021.

10. When collecting the prize, you must bring your valid ID.

11. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

12. Kooyman reserves the right to use photo, film or any other information obtained for promotional
purposes.

13. All members of Kooyman Curacao and their immediate families are excluded from the raffle.

14. Persons under the age of 18 are excluded from participation to this raffle.
